Curro
Langebaan Private School is situated in Langebaan on
the West Coast and is within easy reach of all the
surrounding towns.
This
combined, parallel-medium school (Afrikaans & English)
offers excellent education for learners from grade 1 –
10.
Curro
Langebaan Private School is a young, affordable,
parallel medium private school which offers affordable,
private, mother tongue education to learners from all
over the West Coast with a maximum of only 20 learners
per class. On 17 January 2007 this West Coast jewel
started with 168 learners from grade 1 to 8, and now in
2009 we can boast about the 460 learners we have from
grade 1 to 10. We are very grateful to be able to say
that we have well-qualified educators and that our
school has very good academic, sport and cultural
facilities.
Because our educators regularly attend in-service
training courses, they are fully acquainted with the
National Curriculum and the latest teaching methods are
applied in the classrooms. We use the services of a
Curriculum expert to ensure that our learners receive a
future-orientated and information-driven Curriculum.
At
Curro Langebaan Private School we strive to develop the
total child, and therefore we offer a variety of
activities to stimulate each learner academically,
spiritually and physically. At all times we strive for
excellence within our superb educational programme where
each learner's capabilities and talents are taken into
consideration and praised accordingly.
Our
staff will do everything in their power to ensure that
your child is happy and content, and is given the
opportunity to develop as a well-balanced individual so
that he/she is able to continue with his/her schooling
at a tertiary university or college.
