Our Dream
Education according to
International acceptable standards and the
implementation of Biblical values & principles in
all facets of school life.
Character
The Name Doxa Deo means “The Glory of God”. We have
a passion to see the glory of God reflected in the
lives of all people.
Statement of Faith
We believe in an eternal Trinity through Whom all
things are created, exist and have a purpose. We
believe in God the Father Who created us to live in
quality relationship with Him.
We believe in Jesus, the only Way, Truth and Life,
Who became flesh and came to earth for the sake of
man. He was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the
virgin Mary. He was crucified, died and was buried
but rose from the dead to sit at the right hand of
God where He is our Mediator and Guarantee of our
deliverance. We believe in the Holy Spirit as our
Sanctifier and Helper, sent to equip us with the
power for our service on earth.
MAN
We believe that all people are created in the image
of God, irrespective of their race, gender, language
and culture, but have, through disobedience,
violated this image of God with sin. The deliverance
that Jesus accomplished on the cross includes total
restoration, recovery and healing for man as a
promise of God.
THE CHURCH
We believe that Jesus is the head of the Church, a
corporate body that is comprised of all born-again
believers as the family of God the Father. He is
preparing the Church as a bride for his Son, Jesus
Christ. The primary expression of the church is
found in the partnership of believers as a
congregation who take responsibility for each other
and are accountable towards each other to proclaim
the authority of Jesus in their lives and
communities.
HIS WORD & CONDUCT
OF FAITH
We believe that the Bible, both the Old and New
Testaments, is the Word of God, revealing God's plan
for man. It is written by man, but inspired by the
Holy Spirit. Revelation knowledge of the content of
the Bible can only be gained through illumination by
the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the baptism of true believers through
immersion as an act of obedience and submission to
God after the experience of conversion.
We believe in the filling with the Holy Spirit as a
unique experience after conversion, which is
available to every believer. The primary sign of
this gift is the speaking in tongues, which should
be the desire of every true believer.
We believe in regular participation in the Covenant
meal where the elements of bread and wine symbolize
the broken body of Christ and his shed blood.
Through this we remember the victory of His death on
the cross and welcome its implications into our own
lives, sharing in the benefits of the New Testament.
CHRISTIAN
POSITION & CONDUCT
We believe in equipping each individual through the
ministry of the five-fold gifts of apostles,
prophets, evangelists, shepherds and teachers so
that the church may grow to spiritual maturity. We
encourage people to live a life of sanctification
and devotion so that their lives may function under
the authority of Jesus.
ETERNITY
We believe that at the appointed time, Christ will
return and take us to be united with Him, enjoying
eternal heavenly glory. There will be a judgement
day when God will judge all people with eternal life
for the righteous and eternal death for the godless.
Values
We believe in an
eternal Trinity through Whom all things are created,
exist and have a purpose. We believe in God the
Father Who created us to live in quality
relationship with Him.
We believe in the Holy Spirit as our
Sanctifier and Helper, sent to equip us with the
power for our service on earth.

in everyday life.
PASSION FOR
INTEGRITY
This
passion finds its expression in the following ways:
Discipline begins with a sound relationship between
teacher, learner and parents and encourages students
to pursue the development of an internal value
system.
Discipline is based on the acknowledgement of
Biblical principles.
Its purpose is to assist in the Biblical alignment
of the learner's internal value system rather than
focusing on negative behaviour.
Discipline will always take place in co-operation
with the parents.
PASSION FOR
PEOPLE AND SERVICE
This passion finds its expression in the following
ways:
Students must learn to appreciate each other's
uniqueness and differences and must take
responsibility to help and serve one another. People
can change history by serving others.
Hospitality is also cultivated as an important value

During our two “Passion for people and service”
weeks, students will engage in different activities
which will serve our community and expose them to
the love of Jesus.
Each learner has a specific task in class.
Each class takes on a specific responsibility
regarding the school grounds e.g. the garden etc

GROWTH
This passion finds its expression in the following
ways:
Growth means to realize the Lord's dream on the
physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual
levels of every individual's life. Every person can
be a life-long learner.
The curriculum focuses not only on skills and
