Enquiry submissions:When you submit an enquiry about a school, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), your child's grade, and your message. This information is shared with the school(s) you are enquiring about so they can respond to you. School claims: When a school representative claims a listing, we collect their name, role, email address, and any supporting documentation provided. Technical data: We collect anonymised IP hashes for rate limiting purposes. We do not store raw IP addresses.

Your enquiry data is used solely to connect you with the school(s) you expressed interest in. We share your contact details with the recipient school(s) as described in the consent you provide at the time of submission. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you submit an enquiry, it may be routed to: - The school you submitted the enquiry from (direct) - Featured schools in the same area that match your criteria (expansion) This routing is explained at the point of submission via the consent checkbox.

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed IP addresses, and secure database hosting.
