Sundowner, Randburg Four Seasons Montessori is a small and intimate preschool, established in 2013 and located within the Sundowner (Randburg) boomed area. The preschool caters for children aged 2 - 6 years old. Four Season Montessori's vision is to provide children with a hands-on learning experience that teaches them relevant knowledge and skills. We aim to ignite a love of learning in our students. Ultimately, we want to prepare our students, not only for school, but for life. 2-6 Preschoolers Children aged two to six are sensorial explorers that are constantly building their knowledge of the world by absorbing every aspect of their environment, language, and culture. Our Preschool Education Program caters to the specific needs of this age group by fulfilling their innate desire to learn through direct sensory experiences with self-teaching materials. The Program covers the five key curriculum areas, with science, music, art and physical education playing an important part in daily activities. In this age group, children choose their own tasks and work independently at their own pace, under the gentle guidance of a trained teacher. The focus of the Preschool Program is to prepare children for school and help them to develop independence, a strong sense of self, self-motivation, and a love of learning.

Four Seasons Montessori Pre-school is the most wonderful school I've sent my daughter's too, it is in Sundowner, a lovely, safe and boomed off area. It took my hubby and I 2 schools before finding Four Seasons Montessori, which has been absolutely AMAZING! The Principal, Loraine, & the Teacher, Abigail, are absolutely lovely, professional, fantastic communicators, so kind, & so loving. The use a lovely tool called Montessori Compass to track each childs progress. My girls love waking up in the mornings to go to school which is the most wonderful feeling for a parent. They have lovely extra mural activities for the children to take part in too. My girls love doing their ballet with sweet teacher Lauren. They also organise such fun activities for the parents and children to take part in together, this weekend we are doing a Potjie competition - we are looking so forward to it. They also little Science Fares for the children. It's loads of fun for everyone! My girls also went to the Zoo with the school and parents are welcome to go along with them. It's the most wonderful school and I am a very happy mommy. I know my children are safe and are well looked after and are so loved at Four Seasons Montessori and they have learnt so much while being there too, I'm extremely impressed. Thank you Loraine & Abigail for being truly amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend sending your little ones to Four Seasons Montessori, you will not regret it❤
