My experience with KayDee has been a great step in my son’s life as he has grown and been academically equipped.The kindness from the staff and teachers is the one of the best things that I appreciate about the school. My greatest gratitude goes to teacher Tamara as she has been nothing but the best role model to my son in his time of difficulty.The teachers at KayDee dedicate their time in making sure our kids are emotionally and physically taken care of. KayDee feels like a second home for my son as he is always looking forward to go to school and learn something new with Teacher Tamara.I will always be grateful to the school for showing such dedication in my child’s life, his safety, development and academical development. I don’t regret at all enrolling my child at the school as he started when he was 4months and now he is 4years and still happy.

I am beyond grateful to Kaydee Educare and their incredible team for the love, patience, and dedication they show to every child. A special thank you to Teacher Gigi and Teacher Tamara, my nephew absolutely adores them. Within just a few months, we’ve seen remarkable growth in him. He’s gained so much confidence, now speaks up more, and expresses himself with such joy and clarity. It’s amazing to see how their gentle encouragement and fun learning approach have helped him blossom. I also want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Teacher Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful with my three-year-old niece. Her calm and nurturing spirit creates such a safe and happy space for the little ones to thrive. The staff at Kaydee truly go above and beyond to make every child feel seen, valued, and supported. I cannot say enough positive things about Kaydee and the staff. Shout out to Teacher Tamara—she has been an absolute blessing in my child’s life. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing, and educational environment. Teacher Tamara truly knows how to connect with the children, making them feel safe, loved, and excited about learning. Her patience and kindness are unmatched. She has an incredible ability to make every child feel special and supported. My child has made so much progress under her guidance, not just academically, but emotionally as well. It's clear that Teacher Tamara is dedicated to each child's growth, and she always takes the time to give personalized attention, offering encouragement and praise. I am constantly amazed at how she incorporates creative learning methods, games, and activities that make learning fun while fostering independence and curiosity. When we relocated , we landed in a new family at Kaydee’s. My son has had so much growth and development, he can read and write . Teacher Gigi is always energetic and has so much love for the kids , she is always professional and is always looking forward to having children to get care.

Unfortunately, my experience with Kay-Dee Educare Centre has been disappointing, especially when it comes to how they treat parents who need to withdraw their child. The Principal and her admin team have not been forthcoming or transparent in their communication. Instead of handling matters professionally and with empathy, they resort to threats involving lawyers, which feels both intimidating and unnecessary. Given the amount of money parents pay to have their children enrolled at this centre, one would expect a much higher standard of service, openness, and respect. There are certainly other educare centres offering better quality, clearer communication, and a more supportive environment for both parents and children. I would not recommend this centre to anyone seeking value for money, transparency, and respectful engagement. If you want peace of mind and professional treatment, I suggest looking elsewhere.
