Our school motto is based upon 6 core values: hard work, honesty, respect, discipline, trust and enthusiasm. These values serve as a compass pointing out what it means to be true to oneself. Honouring these values will guide our students in fulfilling their goals. We give a lot of thought to the ideals of honesty, loyalty and friendship and ensure that we speak of them often and that they are evidenced in what we do on a daily basis. The nurturing environment engenders a spirit of generosity. Reaching out to others less fortunate than ourselves is always a pleasure and is done with enthusiasm and love.

This Cambridge-based school presents itself as academically elite, yet the reality is deeply disappointing. A significant number of teachers and particularly the principal appear more concerned with what reflects well on their own reports and performance metrics than with genuinely developing students. Instead of fostering independent thinking and academic ambition, learners are subtly and sometimes openly steered toward career paths based on rapport card scores rather than their actual interests or potential. In some cases, students with lower marks are actively encouraged to consider a path such as teaching as a default option, which is not only inappropriate but profoundly demotivating. It is not the school’s role to predetermine a student’s future or interrogate them about career choices in a way that feels intrusive and dismissive. Overall, the institution prioritizes internal optics over student outcomes, resulting in an environment that suppresses ambition rather than cultivates it.
