The teachers at this school used to physically hit me on a regular basis, neglected the children often and even went as far as to pour pepper in my mouth at 5 years old over me being accused of saying the words “shut up”. The main perpetrators were the aged 4/5 teachers, I’m not sure if they are any longer employed at the school but when my mother complained about these incidents to the principal she took no action to remedy the situation and accused me and my mother of lying. Those two teachers and principal are indicative of a clear systemic issue of rampant abuse and neglect at the school. If you care for your child’s safety and future, do not step anywhere near this school.

My child has been in Northcliff Hill since she was 2 months. The teachers have given me open communication at all times. My child has never cried upon arrival and pick up. Its been 4 years now and she is excited for school always taking about her Principal and her class teacher. She is very happy and enjoys coming home to tell me what she has learned. My child has grown to love school activities such as creative time, puzzle building, 6 bricks, robotics and Bible lessons. Thank you so much for providing a save and secure enviourment for my child!

I am writing this with a disappointed and heavy heart but at the end I thank God that my son left the school and I was able to see who they really are!! My son attended the school for 2 years same grade rr where he was made to repeat as they said he hasn't improved on his speech and other areas of learning/developing. My son would cry sometimes when I went to fetch him from school and when I enquired they would say it's nothing up until it became worse to me and they promised to send in photos as well as videos to show how his doing g at school. Till this days I haven't received anything. The worse part is when I decided to pull my son out of their school and I request his school report,they gave me a shitty report showing that my son can't understand anything, fine motor and visual integration still developing,social and emotional development etc and this a child who attend3d 2 years with them non stop, when u complain about something your not satisfied with, they make it your fault all the time until u agree with them. R84 000 for two years for them to come and say my child hasn't developed, that alone infuriate me so much that I can't belive its the people I left my kid with for so long. What where they doing for 2 years with my son if his still the same way he came according to them, just eating his fees money and not doing the job. Worse part they send a report through email without telling me if I got it or any communication what so ever. My husband went tget my son's belonging ND they gave him the wrong bike and I returned it the following day, those teachers couldn't even help me look for my son's bike, I was there by myself searching for the right bike while they stood outside laughing and talking. And to think they praise themselves as God fearing people.......May God judge them. only thing I'll say to whoever their child is still there is becareful, don't trust them too much you going to end up like me disappointed and someone who thinks of taking their child there,DONT!!DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

My daughter attended this nursery school for three days in 2018 and she was bored. The teaching methods appear to be classroom styled. The staff seem competent but my daughter's time too short to make a decent assesment. I had paid the full month's fees but the management was not interest in assisting with a partial refund. i still have not received my deposit. Hope the above helps when making a decision on which school to send your child. Good luck!

The Teffo's My son has been with NHNS for 2 years now and I can definitely see progress in his speech,social skills and confidence.the swimming lessons they offer are so important and relevant I even enrolled for swimming lessons myself.I must say I am impressed with the one-on-one parents meeting where each teacher gave report on the child's progress and activities they have been doing since the beginning of the year. Keep up the good work NHNS.thank you teachers and principal for your hard work. 👍
