🌟 Friendly Suggestion 🌟 To help Grade R learners get ready for Grade 1, the school could start simple routines now. For example: Give homework, Send home a fun, short task once or twice a week (colouring, tracing, counting). Encourage parents to read with their child for 10 minutes a day. Remind children to pack their own bags or set out clothes for the next day. This isn’t about pressure, but about building confidence and a routine that makes the move to Grade 1 smoother and exciting.
