Little Steps School is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the passion and care in everything they do. The environment is calm, spotless, and welcoming - a true home away from home. Our little one is just 5 months old, and already exposed to amazing learning techniques like sensory play, encouraged to enjoy vegetables and fruit, and cared for by incredible, qualified teachers who genuinely love what they do. The growth we have seen in her is nothing short of amazing. Her development, confidence, and skills are far beyond what we ever expected for her age. She is absolutely blossoming, and it is so clear that the nurturing environment and dedicated teaching at Little Steps play a huge role in this. A special mention must go to Principal Mel, who pours her heart and soul into this school. Choosing a daycare is such a big decision, but Little Steps Baby & Toddler Centre made it so easy. From day one, the staff has been incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. My child absolutely loves going there and has blossomed both socially and developmentally. It’s such a relief to go to work knowing they are in a safe, clean, and truly loving environment. I can't recommend them enough!

How do I start without having tears in my eyes while typing this.... Little Steps has been life changing for our family. Moving to Jhb in 2023 was hard and difficult already, and having to find the right school for our daughter was challenging, we found one but unfortunately it was the wrong one and it came with alot of challenges and unhappiness as time went on, and my daughter was not happy and cried every morning to not go to school which was unusual... i became stressed, anxious and worried. We listened to our gut and made the decision to find another school and take her out... We found Little Steps and immediately knew it was the BEST decision we made. The fact that Melissa is the owner and principal of the school and is physically present at school is a big deal! Melissa is an absolute God send and always makes herself available and has sooo much patience, understanding and love for the little ones as well as us as parents. The teachers and assistants are the real stars and they treat each and every child as if its their own by the love they give to them. My daughter is soo much happier, loves going to school and is able to be herself thanks to Little Steps. ♥️♥️ Thank you soo soo much Mel🥹

My son started at Little Steps at 4 months old, I was incredibly nervous about trusting someone other than myself with my tiny baby but from the moment we stepped foot in Little Steps, it’s been a home away from home. The love, care and attention my baby gets is unmatched. The teachers are incredibly hands on, coming up with activities that stimulate the little ones and help them reach their milestones. It’s such a fun, safe and loving environment for little humans and we are beyond grateful for this school.
